First run on “fresh” legs in 500+ days!  My legs felt great, my lungs were a little heavy though.  I can really tell the difference in my mood (in a bad way) after not running the last two days.  That in itself will be enough to keep me running most days.

Training plan for the half marathon in May starts two weeks from Monday.  Until then, it will probably be a lot of sporadic runs and hopefully some other workouts too.
